I *heart* ...

The theme this week at I *heart* Faces is hearts! Fun!

So as we were getting ready this morning ... I asked Logan ... "What do you love, Sunshine?"

His list was not terribly surprising ...

"I love ... Legos. And video games. Especially Little Big Planet 2. And chocolate. And ... "

"What else sweetie?"

"Well .... (don't forget the protracted Southern drawl as you read that part) ... I guess I love you and Daddy. And Tori. And Grandma & Grandpa. And Nanny too. I love soccer. And science. And video games. Did I say video games already?"

"Anything else?"

"Oh yeah! ... I nearly forgot! I love SACK BOY, of course!!!!"

To be honest ... his list was much more exhaustive. He loves all KINDS of things ... from his memory foam pillows to Oreos to the Houston Rockets. I'm glad his heart is so open to love.

But then we got to thinking about the I *heart* Faces challenge and how we could display some of his favorites in pictures.

For this first go 'round (there's talk we'll do more later *fingers crossed*), we decided to go with just a couple of his MOST FAVORITE favorites ... chocolate and Sack Boy!

Here is "I *heart* Sack Boy":

And here is "I *heart* chocolate":

And finally ... "I *heart* Sack Boy & chocolate":

Roses are red.
Violets are blue.
My boy digs chocolate
and Sack Boy too!
(Don't YOU?)

It was a fun way to wake up this morning. A great way to kick off the day!

Now ... hop on over to and feel the love from everyone else!

About This Blog

I'm a proud mom of a very active little boy. I have truly enjoyed the opportunity to document the many milestones throughout his life so far. These moments are precious to me. So I grabbed a camera and snapped away. I dabbled a bit in scrapbooking and took some time to learn at least the basics of photography. After all, kids grow so fast and you can't turn back the time.

But as he got old enough for school and team sports, I was so very disappointed in the offerings out there. I'm proud of my All Star in every thing he pours his heart into!

So I picked up a copy of Photoshop and tried my best to create momentos to capture these memories.

I'd love a chance to help you stop time for a moment as well.
