soccer special

It's here again ... another fun season of SOCCER in College Station!

Soccer is a family obsession. We all love to play. We all love to watch the game. Soccer jerseys can be found in each of our closets. And no one has to be told twice to get ready for practice.

I love photographing soccer games and practices. And I love finding new ways to show off those photos. Along those lines, I was BEYOND THRILLED to have won a drawing for an awesome template from Sonny Cantu of Game Time Photography. Sonny is an amazing photographer and designer in the Greater Houston area. I have had the pleasure of following his work for the last couple of years and he never fails to inspire me.

So here is my soccer play on the template that I won from Sonny:

Is that cool, or WHAT?!

One of the things I most enjoyed from this template was how much I learned from it. Sonny included a great explanation along with the template and though I have been playing around with Photoshop for years, I could see just how much more I still have to discover. It's an exciting prospect.

Thanks, Sonny, for the incredible template! I'm excited about using this template for other athletes in a variety of sports!

Oh wow, Adria! Love it... it reminds me of a blueprint for how to be a great player!

Congrats on the win!

Can't get enough of Logan... more, more, more!

About This Blog

I'm a proud mom of a very active little boy. I have truly enjoyed the opportunity to document the many milestones throughout his life so far. These moments are precious to me. So I grabbed a camera and snapped away. I dabbled a bit in scrapbooking and took some time to learn at least the basics of photography. After all, kids grow so fast and you can't turn back the time.

But as he got old enough for school and team sports, I was so very disappointed in the offerings out there. I'm proud of my All Star in every thing he pours his heart into!

So I picked up a copy of Photoshop and tried my best to create momentos to capture these memories.

I'd love a chance to help you stop time for a moment as well.
