P52 - Week 15

Late again. Sick this time. But no time for apologies. Instead, we'll jump right to the photos:



Let me introduce you to the Splash Brothers. :+) This is my boy and his best bud. And after a week of unseasonably warm (even by Texas standards) weather, they convinced me that their Friday afternoon should be spent jumping through the sprinkler, dodging water bombs, and slurping frozen treats. How could I say no? Obviously, I couldn't.

They did learn that the 30 mph wind kept them shivering more than they would like, despite the balmy air temperature. And all too soon, we retired inside for popcorn, dry clothes, and video games.

It was a nice way to celebrate the season though. Spring is ever so short in these parts and it was nice to be outside, soaking in the vitamin D, and not yet collapsing from heat exhaustion.
