I read once ... "Soul mates are people who bring out the best in you. They are not perfect, but they are always perfect for you."

This never fails to remind me of my better half. We've been married over 18 years and been 'together' for nearly 21 years. Yet he still takes my breath away.

Today I sent him a note detailing some of the frustrations of my day. I got a one sentence reply.

But it was EXACTLY what I needed to hear at that moment. And I felt better. Loved. Appreciated. Embraced.

Some communication goes way beyond words.
